Privacy policy

PopnBuy ("we") is in development and preparing its first pilot phase. This policy explains what data we collect today, on this in-development site, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account: name, email, country, language, marketing preferences, referral code.
• Seller application: your brand, product, and sales-channel details.
• Brand proposal: brand name, category, and your email if you provide it.
• Waitlist: email, user type, country.
• Site usage: pages viewed, button interactions, referral source (internal data, never sold to third parties).

Why we use it

To review seller applications, manage the waitlist, run the referral program, contact you about the pilot, and understand which pages and actions visitors care about so we can improve the product.

Legal basis and retention

We process this data based on your consent (signing up, applying, proposing a brand) or our legitimate interest in preparing the pilot. Data is kept for as long as needed to prepare and run the pilot, then deleted or anonymized once it’s no longer useful.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, or withdraw marketing consent at any time, by writing to the address on the Contact page.

Sub-processors

We use Supabase for database hosting and authentication. We never sell your data to third parties.
